Some trivia, if you see the photo, Lp Tim's eyes are open but you may know that Lp Tim usually closes his eyes in deep meditation when blessing amulets. It was written that during the consecration ceremony, whenever Lp Tim closed his eyes to go into deep meditation, the electricity would go out immediately and this happened 3 times. So Lp Tim had to pray and open his eyes all night without rest until the ceremony was over.

My fav Master LP Tim, always went to Wat Lahanrai yearly to pay respect. Also collected some of his humble items. Do avoid 2515 peeps:)

I was born after the death of Lp Tim in 1975. I can't imagine how great it would be to have met Lp Tim in person. I have heard from those who met Lp Tim that Lp Tim had a very kind and gentle nature with great compassion. Wat Palelai's monk had told me before that he met Lp Tim when he was a young monk and Lp Tim was like a grandfatherly figure. But to note that at that time, Lp Tim was not as famous as he is now. He was a highly respected monk in Rayong province but still relatively unknown in Bangkok and other parts of Thailand. Lp Tim was also very humble, he rejected many royal appointments and promotions and noone knew until the temple received the royal letters.

A good alternative is Phra Kring Soros Wat Rachapradit 2515. To celebrate the 108th anniversary of Wat Rajapradit which is a royal monastery under patronage King Rama VII who was also the president of this ceremony. Chanted for 9 days and 9 nights by Lp Tim and other top monks of that era including Lp Toh, Lp Kuay, Lp Phrom, Lp Pae, Lp Waen and others. Made 50,000 pcs. Well consecrated and blessed, price is very affordable, worth getting.

very happy to see a thread on LP Tim of Wat Lenharai. I am not an expert of LP Tim amulets but do follow some of his amulets very closely and of course also update myself with the latest pricing. Do not worry, i dont have any hidden agenda and i don't have any lp tim amulets for sales, so everything would purely be knowledge sharing and purely based on my opinion. Do not feel offended if you think likewise yea...
Going to the topic of LP Tim Khun Pean Pong Plai Guman. Yes, currently, only Block 1 2517 is recognised as officially from LP Tim. Based on my limited experience, if i have the cash, i would get LP Tim metal based amulet as it is more easy to trade than Khun Pean Pong Plai Guman. Based on documentation of Khun Pean Phim Lek 5,000pcs and Khun Pean Phim Yai 2,000pcs, i have personally seen many reputable LP Tim dealers each having more than 5-6pcs of these so call Khun Pean Block 1. I do not know nor understand the rationale why it is so easily available... if we take LP Tim Rian Charenporn as a gauge, (total made about 16k+) and LP Tim Rian Sema Peb Rob 2518 (ps forgotten the no made, shld be >20k) but it is not as widely available compare to this khun pean block 1, total made only 8000pcs. Well, i am not sure, but not going to place my money on it since other popular lp tim amulets also offered the same value.

LP Tim Khun Paen Prai Guman 2515, it is really up to individual to believe whether or not it is real.

Just because "A" is reputable and possess the "authoritativeness" does not mean that "A" can 100% determine that certain thing is not genuine. It can only be taken as an "advice" i would say.

Just because "B" is of small scale, less well known, does not mean that "B" cannot say certain thing is genuine. Also, it can be taken as an "advice" if you get what i mean.

During my down and desperate times in Nocember 2017 to January 2018 looking for a job as a fresh graduate. I swear i was not picky on salary and job locations or even the job scope.

Somebody offered me a LP Tim Khun Paen 2515 for free. He did not even ask for an Ang Pow back then because he knew that I am a fresh graduate. I am limited by certain means given that situation. He added on saying "People say its fake, but up to you, if you want it, just take it, hope the amulet helps you".

Not long after i got a job offer with a decent salary.

Coincidence? I don't know
Really effective? I cannot guarantee
GENUINE? I am in no position to comment

Amulet: Khun Paen Prai Guman
Material: Nur Wan Plai Dum (Magnetic Herb)
Phim: Takrut Mahalarp
Mould: Blok Thong Leung (Block B)
Year: BE 2515

If i am not wrong, Phra Kring Chinabanchorn 2517 gold base is not the most expensive of LP Tim. The most expensive should be the gold Rian Charenporn Lang 2517 l, should be in excess of 10mil THB.
Gold rian chareonporn made only 16 pcs, each is numbered. Gold body phra kring chinnabanchon made 12 pcs, each also numbered. Both are astronomical price and very rare, kept by close luksits to Lp Tim. Mortals like me dare not even dream of these hahaha, so not too sure about which is most expensive. But as i said, both are two of the highest tier Lp Tim amulets.

But if comparing a copper rian chareonporn vs a copper body phra kring chinnabanchon, the phra kring chinnabanchon should still be more expensive.

On another note, agree that it is up to anyone to believe what they want. But in spending your hard earned money, it is usually wise to spend on something that has a clear history and recognised by all with no controversy that will hold its value and easy to resell , my two cents. Lp Tim has many amulets that are equally as good if not with more feedback than KPPK. I heard that KPPK was not that popular with LP Tim's devotees in the early years compared to some of his other amulets that had more miracle experiences.

Thanks everyone for sharing in this thread. Hope see more Lp Tim devotees here sharing!

the rian sema peb rob 2518 gold is also one of the top tier amulet of lp tim. it is extremely expensive like >10mil thb kind.. yes copper rian charenporn bon is always cheaper than kring chinabanchorn copper. an indicative price of copper rian charenporn bon 2517 is about 350,000b (average condition) while a kring is at least 650,000thb(average condition). for rian charenporn 2517, there is also another phim which is call charenporn lang 2517, this is cheaper about 200k-250k thb due to more quantity being made. why there are two phims is because the mould spoilt during the making of the rian so a second mould is being used resulting in charenporn bon but talking about both they have the same effect. just for general knowledge, the charenporn bon/lang are quite good amulets as it were indicated that the rian are chanted for 7 days 7 night.

Heard of the Lp Tim Charity Association located at Chatuchak (I think)?

They released amulets made of Pong Prai Guman. They fetch quite a bit over there in Thailand. approx almost 1k sgd

No information can be found in English though.

Amulets made are recognised by G Phra.

my opinion if really cannot afford a lp tim khun pean pong plai guman... the really next best alternative is to get the lp tim hanuman 2518 where the base is inserted with pong plai guman.. for a good condition it is still at least 200,000b for nawa piece... No one know how much plai guman is mixed with the pong wiset powder, but it is recognised at least to have mixed with pong plai guman powder.. only a matter of more or less. The next best is the lp tim loop om 2516-2517 again how much of it is mixed is unknown. But for both amulets even it is mixed very little or contain no plai guman but at least we as a wearer know it is still a blessed item from lp tim.

yeah that's what i was thinking. but not the hanuman haha

can't afford and can't find

well, the amulet is certified by g phra and made with pong prai kuman in 2546. amulet isn't blessed by lp tim himself but the powder is there.
