Item: Phra Parng Narkprok(Daily Buddha amulet of Saturday)
    Monk:LP Tae
    Temple: Wat Sam Ngam
    Year: B.E.2512 (C.E.1969)
Materials: Holy Powder(Behind32 petals Lotus Yant)

Ceremony: This Buddha amulet created and blessed properly by LP Tae.

Thai people believe daily Buddha amulet can support worshiper to be wealthier, luckier, more success and happiness. In addition, amulet of LP Tae can protect worshiper from harm and bad thing.

This amulet depicts the Buddha sitting in meditation, protected by a cobra hood. The Buddha sits cross-legged in meditation, with overlapping hands, palms upwards, whilst Mucalinda, the cobra (King of Naga) spreads its hood above the Buddha's head.

The Buddha is in meditation and protected from a storm by Maculinda, the King of the Naga. The image is related to the moment when a naga spreaded its hood to protect the Buddha from a rainstorm while he was in profound meditation.

    Biography of LP Tae:
LP Tae was born on 15 September 1891 at Nakhon Pathom province. From the age of seven years he was stayed with his Uncle Daeng, who was a monk at Wat Gahlong in Samutsakorn province, where LP Tae first started to study knowledge of Dhamma. At the age of 10 he returned with Luang Phor Daeng to their home village, to construct a new temple 20KM south at Tambon Don Pusah. In 1904, the newly built temple was moved from Tambon Don Pusah to Tambon Sam Nagm, and the temple was known as Wat Sam Nagm.
LP Tae was novice at the age of 15 for studying Dharma and magic under his uncle until the age of 20 when he was finally ordained as a monk. LP Tae eventually was to become the close disciple of LP Tah, of Wat Panaengtak who was knowledge of Dhamma and Sammahdti. LP Tae would accompany his Master whenever he went Tudung, until such time that LP Tae had gained sufficient experience to go alone. After LP Tah passed away, LP Tae had learned such art from LP Chaem of Wat Takong and also an unnamed monk from Cambodia.

LP Tae was well known for making 'Guman Thong'. The first temples in Thailand to make 'Guman Thong' were Wat Sahm Ngahm and Wat Takong. He passed away on 25 December 1981 at the age of 90.

A reclining Buddha posture. The Buddha lies on his right side with his left arm draped along the body and the right arm acting as a pillow, propping up the head. One of the most dramatic and breathtaking reclining Buddha images can be found at Wat Po, Bangkok. This temple is also home to the famous Thai massage school.

The reclining Buddha represents the passage to Nirvana or a resting Buddha. The gesture represents complete peace and detachment from the world. It was believed that the Buddha entered Nirvana on this day of the week.

This is a standing Buddha pose, with the left hand hanging down by the side. The right hand is raised at the chest or can be both hands, palm facing outwards, in a singe-handed gesture. This posture represents "Preventing Calamities", which is also known as "Pacifying the Relatives."

The Buddha stops the relatives from fighting or pacifying his relatives.? When the Buddha came back from Heaven, he found that his relatives were quarreling about the right to use water from a river for their rice fields. The Buddha encouraged them to compromise and said that human life is much more valuable than water and it was not worth killing men for water. Then, his relatives stopped fighting.

Name: Phra Khun Paen Neu-ah Gra-Beuang Kleub with gold micro casing
Temple: Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, Ayutthaya province.
Material: Made from roof tiles of Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon
    Year: B.E.2551(2008)
    Estimated Size:2.7 cm x 5 cm
People believe that Phra Khun Paen by this temple is particularly famous for being able to bring about good luck and fortune to people who wear this amulet.

Ceremony: The Buddha amulet created by the temple and has been blessed by the most respected guru monks.

Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon is the first temple that created Buddha image in style Phar Khunpaen “Bai Phutsa in Thailand. The image made of holy soil of old place from Ayutthaya and has been blessed by the most respected guru monk at this temple.

Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon was built in 1900 by King U-thong who granted the temple with the name Wat Pa Kaew. The intention was to create a center of Buddhist studies
(Ceylonese Sect). As the temple used to be headed by a patriarch, local people also called it Wat Chao Phraya Thai.

The present name was given granted to the temple by
King Naresuan to commemorate a battle fought against
the Crown Prince of Burma in 1592. His momentous victory –
a single-handed combat on the elephant back – brought independence to Ayutthaya after 15 years as a Burmese dependent. Within the complex is a huge image of a reclining Buddha in brick and stucco. The chedi is bell-shaped, about
60 meters high, constructed on a mound of raised ground
(15 X 32.4 X 32.4 m.) with steps going up to the Buddhist image placed midway to the top. The chedi itself now has a distinct tilt, but still can be entered via the stairs.

The Ubosot or ordination hall is windowless but ventilated
by pierced holes stretching down the roof on both walls.
Also situated in the compound is King Naresuan’s statue, which is highly revered by Thais.

Monk: Luang Phor Phairoj & Top Monks

Thai people believe whoever worship LP Thuad amulet will get luck, wealth and good things to a life. On the other hand, there is great power about protect a worshipper from dangers and bad things.

Wat Huay Mongkol, Prachuapkhirikhan Province is well known for a sitting biggest LP Thuad statue in the world. LP Thuad statue made of holy material. The height is 11.5 meters and the width is 9.9 meters.
At first the temple namely “Wat Huay Kot”. Next, King Rama IX gives a new name for this temple that “Wat Huay Mongkol”. This Temple was built more than 40 years old. Also, there is LP Thuad which carves from Thong Ta-Kien tree. This Ta-kien tree has over 1,000 years. Many people believe that there are gods inside this tree.

LP Thuad was born 1582 in Songkla province (Southern Thailand). At the age of 20, he was ordained as a monk with Phra Kru Kadurm. “Ramo Tamamikho” has been the Buddhist name of him but people called him “Jowsamiramo” or “Jowsamiram”. LP has been one of top 10 guru monks of Thailand. One in important event, he wanted to further his studies of Buddhist scriptures in Ayuddhaya (old capital of Thailand). Once Three days after sailing off the open sea, suddenly storm and rough sea starts to rock the boat. The boat had to be anchored till the sea becomes calm before proceeding with their journey again. LP Thuad rose and others look on, he dipped his foot into the sea to draw a circle. Then he told the sailor to fetch fresh drinking water from the sea from where he’d circled with his feet. The sailor then perform what was told and tasted the water himself, after satisfying his doubts and found to be drinkable like normal fresh water. The other important events that indicate intelligence of LP Thuad is the King of Sri Lanka, eyeing the growing wealth and power of the kingdom of Thailand, sent seven monks to Ayuddhaya province to test the achievements of the monks in Thailand. They brought with them 12 bowls containing 84,000 words. These words were to be arranged into a certain sutra within seven days if the entire requested are met and finished in time, the King of Sri Lanka would then give all of the treasures transported in seven boats to the King of Siam as prize. Otherwise the King of Siam will have to pay to the king of Sri Lanka he failed. The King then summoned those learned monks and persons within the capital city an Ayuddhaya, no one could meet with this challenge. Six days of anxiety of the King had passed. At last it was known that a young Bhikkhu named PU or Samiramo with great abilities, and was summoned to translate all of the golden alphabets into the Buddhist Scriptures to the correct order. The young monk went to the assembly, paying his respect to Maha Sangha and King, then encountered with seven Brahmins from Sri Lanka. LP Thuad started to rearrange the golden seeds into the Dhamma according to Buddhist texts with no difficulties. The 84,000 units of the golden seeds were all used up. This is a partial of biography of LP Thuad that Thai and asian people very respect him.
