It's a Goddess. May we know where did you find this?

I just googled the word "wishing goddess"

Are the offerings the same as Nang Kwak?
Red drink, perfume and some cosmetic items?

And do I need to change these items regularly? Or can I place there permanently? No one in my place will use these cosmetic also, throw it away is like wasting the items.

Yes, the offerings are pretty much the same. Drinks must be changed daily.

I read a book "Mediums, Monks and Amulets", its saying female goddess must be placed at the lowest level on the altar.

So just to check, I have a 9 face Lersi, can I place these two buchas, Nang Kwak and Wishing Goddess left and right of Lersi? Will Lersi so called "harm" them?

And does it mean a Guan Yin Bucha must be placed at the bottom level also??

You cannot put NK and Wishing Goddess the same level as Lersi, because Lersi is a higher level entity.

Just an update, this bucha name is known as "Mae Prai Kasip". Does "Prai" means Spirit?

She is called Goddess because people treat her as a Goddess, but in fact, she's a spirit. It's just like praying to Goddess Of Mercy. She is called Goddess, but she is in fact a spiritual entity.
