Hi !

I will take thai language class in Chiang Mai. If anyone have experience from Chiang Mai: What is the best course of Payap University or University of Chiang Mai? And what is the "best" location of these two universities? And by best I mean in general nearby resaurants, temples, places to stay/live, bars, green areas, gyms, malls and so on. An industry area is for example not preferable. Thanks.
