Lately i have been trying to do some meditation with guides from a mini book, it is a good book and got me into real deep meditation and focus. But my problem is I cannot go for more than 30minutes, mostly 20minutes and my eyes starting to open by themself. I dont know why it happen but after my eyes started to open i cannot concentrate anymore. Maybe i did something the wrong way? Or did i meditate wrong way?
Here is a list of noobie questions, hope anyone can help.
1) how do we keep our legs from getting numb from sitting to long?
2) do people put timer when they are meditating? Example: set your phone to ring after 1hour.
3) if when meditating got mosquito biting my face, should i ignore or just let it be?
4) if i feel scared suddenly when meditating, wat should i do? Stop meditating or just keep going?
5) do people chant anything before and after meditate?
6) is it possible that any spirit or ghost will appear when we are meditating?
7) any 'pantang' for when meditating?
8) what usualy do people concentrate on when they are meditating? For me i try to focus on emptyness,from the mini book teaching.
9) how do expert stays in deep meditation for long time? Any tips or explanation?

That is all my question, paiseh2 bro n sis here can help if not burden.
