Luangpu Lersi Parai 89 years old from Bukao Kwai, Laos ,will be in Singapore from 16th Apr to 22nd Apr 2011. Luangpu Lersi Parai wears both monk and lersi rope. Bros and Sis pls find time to visit Luangpu lersi Parai because even if you go to Laos you might not be able to see him as he lives in the mountain where not any ordinary person can goes in. In thailand any monk that are able to go and come out of Bukao Kwai is highly respectable.. The locals gave him the name Parai( means a cutting knife) because they say that he is like a sharp pointed knife which no demons or animals can harm him as he is able to live in the mountains throughout the year...
